What is Somefits Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days/we will arrange a pick up if your pincode falls in that criteria, of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Somefits Exchange Policy?
Customized T-shirts, which are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at and we'll help you out.

How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

Can Somefits arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
Yes, but only if there would be some manufacturing defect in the product. 

Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with Somefits credits/coupon worth Rs. 50 only for you, once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. 

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us in the form of Somefits credits.

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
Cancel order before shipping as then there is no taking back.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
